  • 📦 *Pickup Point? Your package will be at the chosen pickup point for 7 days. The package will then be returned 🚨! If your package has been taken to a collection point and you do not pick it up on time, the costs for returning it to mostcutest-nl (compared to the shipping costs, in case of "Free shipping" the return costs are €7, 50) and possibly resend it at your own expense. A package also goes to the Pickup Point if you were not at home at the time of home delivery. Also, ensure timely collection here to avoid return costs.Keep a close eye on your tracking. After shipment you will always receive tracking and shipping information. Also check your spam!

There is a problem at the collection point / my package is not there / something else is going wrong
Contact us by respond to your order confirmation and we will look into it with you. Do this as soon as possible to avoid possible returns.

A package has been at the collection point for a week, but has not been collected
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, or If you choose Pickup Point delivery, your package will be forwarded to a DPD Pickup Point near you. The package will remain available for collection at the service point for a week.

If you do not collect the package within one week, it will be returned to our warehouse. Upon receipt of the returned package, it will be treated as a return shipment for which you will be charged. These costs consist of the actual shipping costs and the return surcharge that we have to pay to DPD. If you want to receive the package again, you will have to pay the shipping costs again. If you want to receive the amount back, we will deduct the shipping costs.In case of “Free shipping” the return costs are €7.50.

The package could not be delivered due to an incorrect address.
If you have made a mistake when entering your address details, you will be charged the shipping costs again for a reshipment, or the return costs will be equal to the shipping costs.In case of “Free Shipping” these costs are €7.50. If you made a mistake, please let us know.sm know, we will try to fix it!

I have received my order, but it is damaged / defective / something is wrong
How annoying, that is not the intention. Will you contact us directly? Then we will try to help you further. For insurance purposes, we need photos of the outside of the box, the shipping label legible on screen, a photo of the first view in the open box (how it is packaged), and photos of the defect(s). So it is nice if you keep everything in the right condition so that we have sufficient evidence for the insurance. Thank you for your cooperation in this!
